المستخلص:
هدف البحث إلى معرفة أثر التدريس باستخدام إستراتيجية الخرائط الذهنية القائمة على التعلم السريع وفق نموذج (HTTA) في تحصيل الرياضيات لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي؛
ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدم الباحثان التصميم شبه التجريبي المعروف بتصميم المجموعة الضابطة والتجريبية ذات القياس القبلي والبعدي،
وتألفت عينة البحث من تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي بمدينة الرياض،
وتم تقسيمها عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة التجريبية وعدد أفرادها (20) تلميذاً، والمجموعة الضابطة، وعدد أفرادها (20) تلميذاً، ولقياس الأداء القبلي والبعدي في مجموعتي البحث استخدم الباحثان الاختبار التحصيلي كأداة للبحث في وحدة الإحصاء والتمثيلات البيانية،
وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في اختبار التحصيل البعدي، حسب مستويات المعرفة ( التذكر، الفهم، التطبيق، التحليل) وفق تصنيف بلوم لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وأوصى البحث بتشجيع التلاميذ على استخدام الخرائط الذهنية القائمة على التعلم السريع في تلخيص دروس الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية بصفة خاصة، وعلى مختلف المراحل التعليمية الأخرى عامة، لما لها من أثر إيجابي في تحصيل الرياضيات.

Translation - English The effects of teaching using Mind-Mapping strategies based on accelerated learning on mathematics’ learning progress among the students of the sixth grade at primary school in Riyadh region according to HTTA Model.
Abstract
This research aims to recognize the effect of teaching using Mind-Mapping strategies based on accelerated learning on mathematics’ learning progress among the students of the sixth grade at primary school in Riyadh region, according to HTTA model.
To achieve the objectives of such research, the two researchers applied Quasi-experimental Design known as control and experimental group design along with prior and post evaluation.
The Sample was taken from sixth grade students at primary school in Riyadh region , then randomly divided into two equivalent groups; each of experimental and control group consists of twenty students.
Moreover, the two researchers were used achievement test to determine prior and post evaluation within research groups as a research tool in statistical and diagrams units.
The research results revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0, 05) in the achievement of post-test means between experimental and control group according to the levels knowledge ( Remembering , Understanding, Applying And Analyzing) as per Bloom’s Taxonomy classification to experimental group.
The research recommended encouraging the students to use the mind-mapping strategies based on accelerated learning to summarize lessons of mathematics at all grades in general and especially for primary stage because of its positive outcomes.

١ - معرفة السياسة التنظيمية التي انتهجها المنظم السعودي في مسألة التعويض عن المماطلة في اداء

استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي والمنهج المقارن أهم النتائج:
كشفت الدراسة أن الشويعة الإسلامية لها الفضل الكبير في إرساء قاعدة لا ضرر ولا ضرار، وهي تقابل قاعدة منح المضرور المطالبة بحقه في التعويض.
أظهرت الدراسة أن المنظم السعودي توسع في حالات حصول المضرور عن التعويض من جراء مماطلة المدين، وظهر ذلك جليا في المادة ٧٣ من نظام المرافعات الشرعية السعودي التي تمنح المضرور الحق في التعويض عن المماطلة، سواء أكان الضرر ناشئا عن التزام عقدي أو فعل غير مشروع. أهم التوصيات:
١- تقنين القواعد المدنية والنصوص فيما يتعلق بالضرر والتعويض، وبخاصة التعويض عن المماطلة عن أداء الحقوق بما لا يتعارضن مع أحكام الشريعة.
٢- ضرورة النص على اعتبار إساءة استعمال الحق بصورة غير مشروعة بقصد الإضرار بالغير قرينة على الممأ١طلة في أداء الحقوق. أهم المقترحات;
١- أن تتم دراسة دعاوى التعويض عن المماطلة في اداء الحقوق دراسة تطبيقية.

Subject: A compensation claim for procrastination in paying duties of the Saudi Arabian’s law of procedures Before Shari’ah courts. Comparative study

Problem of Study:
What are the problems associated with compensation claim for procrastination in paying duties of the Saudi Arabian’s law of procedures in comparison with Egypt’s law of procedures.
Objectives:
1. Recognizing regulative methodology approached by Saudi legislator in terms of compensation claim for procrastination in paying duties.
2. Specifying relationship between procrastination in paying duties and abuse of litigation rights.
3. Differentiation between procrastinator and whom thinking of having a right.
4. Differentiation between the postponement of Debtor until he is in ease and procrastination in paying duties.
5. Recognizing the ways of proofing procrastination in paying duties.
6. Presenting the consequential damages of procrastination in paying duties and their types.
7. Define the conditions of entitlement to compensation right for procrastination in paying duties.
Tools & Techniques:
Researcher used both of inductive-descriptive and comparative Techniques.
Important Results:
• The Islamic law ( Shari’ah ) had widely contributed in establishment of the principle “ their should be neither harm nor malice “ which equals the principle of victim’s entitlement to claim his compensation right.
• The study highlighted that Saudi legislator was discussed in details cases of victim’s entitlement to compensation right concerning procrastination of debtor in returning due payments as clearly stated in article 73 of the Saudi lawful code of procedure which allow the victim to claim compensation against procrastination of payment either this damages based on signed contract or unlawful act.
Recommendation
• Codification of civil rules and contexts in terms of damages and compensation especially compensation for procrastination in returning payments without prejudice to Islamic Shari’ah ( law)
• Stating that abuse of right unlawfully with an intention to cause damage to other is considered as evidence for procrastination.

Source text - Arabic حيث أن الطرف الأول أقام الدعوى رقم ---/2014 تجاري كلي أمام محكمة دبي الابتدائية ناشداً القضاء له بإلزام الطرف الثاني بدفع مبلغ وقدره 155,203 درهم والرسوم والمصاريف وأتعاب المحاماة والفائدة بمعدل 12% من تاريخ الاستحقاق في 1/5/2012 وحتى السداد الفعلي. وبتاريخ 16/6/2014 قضى لصالح الطرف الأول بمثابة الحضوري بإلزام الطرف الثاني بأن يؤدى إليه مبلغاً وقدره 155,203 درهم والفائدة القانونية عنه بواقع 9% سنوياً اعتباراً من تاريخ 1/5/2012 وحتى السداد التام فضلاً عن المصاريف ومبلغ ألف درهم أتعاب المحاماة وفور علم الطرف الثاني بهذا الحكم طعن عليه بالاستئناف رقم 1251/2015 تجاري وبتاريخ 9/3/2016 قضي بسقوط الحق في الاستئناف وعليه صار الحكم المذكور نهائياً وباتاً ومن ثم أقام الطرف الأول التنفيذ رقم 141/2015 تنفيذ تجاري ضد الطرف الثاني بغية تنفيذ الحكم الصادر له وحيث أن الطرفان يرغبان في تسوية هذا النزاع ودياً فيما بينهما فقد تلاقت إرادتهما وهما بكامل الأهلية القانونية للتصرف والتعاقد وبإرادة حرة خالية من العيوب على ما يلي:-
Translation - English Whereas the first party filed a lawsuit No.…/2014(commercial plenary ) in Dubai first instance court of requesting the end of the court hereby obliging the second party to pay the sum of 155,203 UAE Dirham and the interest thereof with the percentage of 12% commencing from the due date on 1st of May 2012 until the date of actual payment, duties, expenses and attorney’s fees
On 16th of June 2014 the court has decided that the firs party is entitled to the sum of 155,203 UAE Dirham and the official annual interest thereof with a percentage of 9% commencing from 1st of May, 2012 until the date of full payment, duties and the sum of one thousand UAE Dirham as attorney’s fee paid by the second party and,
As far as the second party acknowledged of the court decision, he has recorded a notice of appeal no.1251/2015(commercial plenary) against court decisions and on 09th of March 2016 the appeal was abated and the said judgment becomes final and unappealable.
Hence, the first party raised a writ of execution No. 141/2015 (commercial execution) against the second party for the purpose of enforcement of judgment entitled to him and whereas, both parties have expressed their Wishes in their full competence to dispose and to enter into a contact and their willing respectively were away from any defect that would impair their consent hereto have agreed upon peaceful settlement of such disputes on the following terms and conditions:

In the Christian Bible, several different concepts come together around the idea of what happens when
we die. Among these are ideas about:
Living forever
Heaven versus hell
In heaven, there is no more evil or sadness
In heaven, there is continual worship of God for His perfect goodness
We could spend a long time looking at each of these ideas, but I will write here only about the idea that,
after we die, people that are pleasing to God will experience something good (“heaven”) and people
that are not pleasing to God will experience something horrible (“hell”). But who is pleasing to God
and who is not?
Some Christians believe the answer is very simple. They will say something like, “Everyone who says
they believe in Jesus as their Lord, their God, and their savior is pleasing to God and will go to heaven.
Anyone who does not say that Jesus is Lord, God, and savior is not pleasing to God and will go to
hell.” This simple answer has some truth, but I believe the full truth is not so simple. Somehow,
believing in Jesus is a part of it, but what do people actually believe when they “believe in Jesus”? This
is what I will write about to give my thoughts on the question, “What happens when we die?” People
can have different things in mind even when they say simple things, so they may have very different
things in mind when they say “believe in Jesus.” So, we must think about it very carefully. From my
study of the Bible, I believe it is not simply about saying words, because God looks beyond the words
we say. He looks at our hearts. So, to talk about the question of what happens when we die, I must
spend much time talking about Jesus, because understanding his life and teaching is necessary to
understand what it means to believe in him.

في الكتاب المقدس، هناك مفاهيم مختلفة حول فكرة ما يحدث عند الموت. من بين هذه الأفكار

Translation - English The perceived effectiveness of training program designed to raise Teachers' Awareness of social Anxiety disorder in Students.
This study aimed to raise teachers' awareness of students' with social anxious behaviors in the middle, and high schools in Riyadh city and to examine the extent of perceived effectiveness of training programs prepared for those teachers in addressing the students with social anxious disorders.
Participants:
Participants in this study were in -service teachers at middle and high public schools in the city of Riyadh, with a total of approximately (49) teacher.
