«Прошлая короткая неделя (20 февраля – выходной день в США, 23–24 февраля – выходные дни в России) была не богата на важные для рынка события, поэтому инвесторы предпочли воздержаться от резких движений. Это касалось и цен нефти, и курса доллара к рублю, которые практически не изменились, и рынка рублевых облигаций, который закрыл неделю примерно на тех же уровнях, что и неделей ранее. В еврооблигациях все выглядело поживее, наилучшую динамику показали длинные бонды «первого эшелона», подорожав в среднем на 0,5–1 п.п. Среди банков больше всего выросли облигации ВЭБа, в корпоративном сегменте – «Газпрома».
Роль первичного рынка, причем как в рублевом, так и долларовом сегментах, продолжает понемногу усиливаться. В середине прошлой недели РЖД разместил свой 7-летний выпуск еврооблигаций с купоном 4,375%, что, на наш взгляд, выглядит дороговато, на текущий момент бумага торгуется около номинала. Как мы уже не раз отмечали, сейчас очень привлекательное время для новых размещений с точки зрения эмитентов. Спреды и доходности российских еврооблигаций находятся на минимумах, а сохраняющий структурный дефицит поддерживает спрос на российские активы со стороны инвесторов. Большинство выпусков, которые мы видели за последние время, не предлагали какой-либо привлекательной премии ко вторичному рынку.
В среду мы наблюдали некоторый рост доходностей ОФЗ, преимущественно среднесрочных. Это была реакция на ситуацию на первичном рынке. Если размещение длинной ОФЗ-26218 прошло успешно, все 10 млрд руб. нашли покупателей, спрос составил 31 млрд руб., то размещение ОФЗ-26220 (середина кривой), напротив, прошло очень слабо, размещено 14 млрд из 20 млрд руб., несмотря на значительную премию. Цены корпоративных бумаг в рублевом сегменте не претерпели заметных изменений, исключение – некоторые недавно размещенные выпуски. Например, ГТЛК 1р3, который несколько вырос в цене», – сообщил Алексей Губин, аналитик УК «Альфа-Капитал».

“The shortened previous week (February 20 was a US holiday, February 23-24 were Russian holidays) did not offer much in the way of important events on the market, so investors preferred to stay away from any big moves. This was true concerning the price of oil and the course of the ruble against the dollar, which practically did not change, as well as the Russian bond market, which closed out the week at roughly the same levels it had the week before. Things looked more lively in Eurobonds, with top-rated bonds showing the best dynamics at 0.5-1 percent appreciation. Vnesheconombank bonds grew the most among banks, while Gazprom led the corporate end.
The role of the primary market for both ruble- and dollar-denominated bonds continues to strengthen little-by-little. In the middle of last week, Russian railways floated its own 7-year release of Eurobonds with a 4.375% coupon, which, in our view, looks a bit pricey. That paper is now trading near nominal. As we’ve noticed before, now is a very tempting time for new offerings from the issuer’s point of view. Russian Eurobond spreads and yields are at a minimum, while the ongoing structural deficit is supporting investor demand for Russian assets. Most of the bond issues that we’ve seen recently have not offered any kind of attractive premium on the secondary market.
On Wednesday, we saw a bit of growth in Russian Federation government bond yields, primarily in mid-term bonds. That was a reaction to the situation on the primary market. The long 26220RMFS offering was a success with all 10 billion rubles finding buyers. Demand was up to 31 billion rubles. However, the 26220RMFS offering (mid-curve) went very slowly, with 14 billion out of 20 billion rubles issued despite a significant premium. The price of corporate paper in the ruble sector did not go through any noticeable change, with the exception of recently floated bond issues. For example, the State Transport Leasing Company 1p3, which somewhat increased in price,”—reported Alexei Gubin, analyst at the asset management company “Alpha-Capital.”
