Source text - Croatian Uputa detaljno opisuje proces održavanja obaveznih polja mjesta troška (u daljnjem tekstu: MT) i profitnih centara (u daljnjem tekstu: PC) u WBS elementima (u daljnjem tekstu: WBS el.) i utvrđuje učinke njihovih promjena na ostale SAP module kao što su Računovodstvo dugotrajne materijalne i nematerijalne imovine, Upravljačko (menadžersko) računovodstvo, Financijsko računovodstvo i Računovodstvo Glavne knjige.
Translation - English The Instruction describes in detail the maintenance process for mandatory fields of cost centers (hereinafter: CC) and profit centers (hereinafter: PC) in WBS elements (hereinafter: WBS el.) and defines effects of their changes to other SAP modules such as: Asset Accounting or Fixed Tangible and Intangible Asset Accounting, Controlling or Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and General Ledger Accounting.

"In 2005 INA d.d., the national oil company of Croatia kicked off a large change program including changing & updating all business processes within the company accompanied by the implementation of SAP IS-Oil Business Suite of products. After the initial i3 project, INA conducted INA SAP Study and implementation of gaps in the i4 Project, 7 projects within i5 Program and further stages of INA process improvements and IT enhancement within i6 Program. This effort touched almost all areas of our company, affecting directly 3500 employees and taking almost 6 years. Project teams consisted of INA employees, INA Group employees, MOL employees and external consultants.
Because of such complex project structure, we had to use translation services (written and oral). Taking into consideration Nina’s deep knowledge of INA business processes performed in the SAP system, as well as her previous experience at similar INA projects, we were more than ready to engage her in all subsequent projects, thus ensuring continuation in translation quality.
Her main tasks were translation of project documents, assistance at meetings of project teams and any other ad-hoc translations (written or oral). However, since Nina also has deep knowledge of INA SAP support structure and SAP business processes we also engaged her in coordination of regression and integration testing where she managed and coordinated testers (SAP Superusers) of all INA business process.
In all her tasks, Nina proved to be a very valuable and reliable member of our projects. She performed all her tasks very professionally and was very flexible in all situations given to her. Her constant professional approach and attitude allowed us to use her in a wide range of various project activities. Her flexibility and pleasant attitude have made her one of the most valued members of our team. All projects were successfully completed within the defined deadlines, partly thanks to Nina’s dedicated work.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Nina for similar work in the future and I would work with her again happily given the opportunity."
