I am an IT certified project manager (PMP) who has decided to help some friends to improve the management of their translation and proofreading jobs.

In fact, after several conversations with some friends and relatives who are working in translations, I come to know that they needed some help to improve the management and efficiency of their work, namely they complain of having not enough time to search for good and new jobs, to take care of the relationship with the clients and to issue and control with regularity the invoicing and the collection of payments.

From my side, as Project Manager I am use to manage client contracts, services and projects in compliance with the defined Governance, Relationship, Reporting and Changing Service Models for years in IT fields.

Responsible for implementing complex projects in compliance with the Project Management Institute standards and best practices for project management, I am used to lead and manage teams of 50 and more people.

Therefore I decided to allocate my services of team leading to the TradTeam that I have founded with and for my translators’ friends and relatives.
