Source text - English Abstract
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of ownership structure and corporate governance on corporate liquidity policy from a developing country perspective, Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE).
Design/methodology/approach – The authors adopt multiple regression analysis in estimating the relationship between ownership structure, corporate governance and corporate liquidity policy as well as the impact of corporate governance on insider ownership.
Findings – The authors find that foreign share ownership significantly predicts corporate cash holding on the GSE. The empirical result also portrays positive and statistically significant
relationship between board size, financial leverage, firm size, profitability and corporate liquidity holding, and a negative and statistically significant relationship between board composition and corporate liquidity holding. The authors also document positive and statistically significant relationship between the various industry classifications namely manufacturing, distribution and the pharmaceutical industry and corporate cash holdings on the GSE but did not however find significant
relationship between corporate governance and insider ownership on the GSE. The authors found positive relationship between Tobin’s Q and inside ownership.

هدف- هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر ساختار مالکیت و اداره امور شرکت‌ها در سیاست نقدینگی شرکت از دیدگاه یک شرکت در حال توسعه بورس اوراق بهادار غنا می‌باشد. طراحی/ روش شناسی/ رویکرد- نویسندگان تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره در برآورد رابطه بین ساختار مالکیت ، اداره امور شرکت ها و سیاست های نقدینگی شرکت و همچنین تاثیر حاکمیت شرکتی بر مالکیت خودی اتخاذ می‌کنند.
یافته ها- نویسندگان می‌یابند که سهم مالکیت خارجی به میزان قابل توجهی پیش بینی می‌کند که شرکت های بزرگ نقدینگی را در بورس اوراق بهادار غنا حفظ کنند. نتیجه تجربی نیز به طور آماری رابطه مثبت و معنا داری بین اندازه هیئت مدیره، اهرم مالی ، اندازه شرکت ، سودآوری و شرکت برگزاری نقدینگی و یک رابطه منفی و معنا داری بین ترکیب هیئت مدیره و برگزاری نقدینگی شرکت های بزرگ به تصویر می‌کشد. نویسندگان همچنین به طور آماری رابطه مثبت و معنی داری بین طبقه بندی های مختلف صنعت یعنی تولید، توزیع و صنعت داروسازی و دارایی نقدی شرکت در بورس اوراق بهادار غنا با اسناد ارائه دادند، اما با این حال رابطه معناداری بین حاکمیت شرکت ها و مالکیت خودی در بورس اوراق بهادار غنا نیافتند. نویسندگان رابطه مثبت بینTobin’s Q و مالکیت داخل را یافتند.

Source text - English Cadmium is a potent carcinogen causing damage to the lungs,
kidneys, liver, and reproductive organs (Zalups and Ahmad
2003). As a result, there is considerable interest in removing
cadmium from contaminated sites before it reaches drinking
water sources. It is released into the environment either from
natural sources such as volcanic eruptions and forest fires or
from anthropogenic activities such as non-ferrous metals production,
electroplating, manufacturing of Ni-Cd batteries and
pigments, application of phosphatic fertilizers, and burning of
fossil fuels (Dinis and Fiuza 2011). This has resulted in serious
contamination of soil and water. Cadmium has been found in
at least 1,014 of the 1,669 current or former National Priorities
List sites in the USA (ATSDR 2008) and is ranked as the
seventh most important hazardous substance in the USA
(ATSDR 2011).
Translation - Persian (Farsi) کادمیوم مولد قوی سرطان بوده که سبب آسیب ریه ها، کلیه ها، کبد و اندامهای زایشی (تولیدی) میگردد (زالوپس و احمد،2003). در نتیجه تمایل قابل توجهی در رفع کادمیوم از مکانهای آلوده وجود دارد که قبل از آن به منابع آب نوشیدنی میرسند. این از منابع طبیعی مانند انفجارات آتشفشانی و آتشهای جنگلی یا از فعالیتهای آنتروپوژنی مانند تولیدات فلزی غیرآهنی، آبکاری فلزات، تولید باطریهای Ni-Cd و رنگدانه ها، استعمال کودهای فسفاتی و سوخت سوختهای فسیلی رها می گردد (دنیس و فیوزا 2011). این موجب آلودگیهای جدی آب و خاک شده است. کادمیوم در حداقل 1014 مکان از 1669 مکان در فهرست اولویتهای ملی سابق و کنونی در آمریکا یافت شده (ATSDRT 2008) و بعنوان هفتمین ماده از مهمترین مواد خطرناک در آمریکا قرار گرفته است (ATSDR, 2011).
