içli köfte meatball stuffed with walnut Explanation: meatball stuffed with walnut if it is for a menu I would write 'Meatball stuffed with the finest walnut' (makes it sound more apetising) You can't write roasted because as far as I know içli köfte is boiled not roasted in the oven. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 hrs 28 mins (2004-09-07 21:01:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Just to prove a point to Nuray Hanim here is a recipe for a vegetarian meatball. There are many more recipies for \'meatless meatballs\' Vegetarian Meatballs Ingredients 2 c pecan meal 2 c seasoned bread crumbs 3 c. grated colby cheese 1 onion, cut fine 4-5 eggs (if dry, use 5) 1/2 c. parmesan cheese Preparation Mix all. Form meatballs and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook in spaghetti or other sauce for additional 30 minutes on stove. http://www.sit.wisc.edu/~elgersma/vegmtballs.html |
