Estoy traduciendo un acta de divorcio venezolana:

"Cumplidas las formalidades de ley y **vencidos los lapsos procesales**, este tribunal, conforme al Artículo 765 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, pasa a decidir: Consta del examen de los autos que los ciudadanos xxx y xxx han permanecidos separados de cuerpos por más de un año sin que exista reconciliación entre ellos, tal como consta del tiempo transcurrido desde la fecha en que se dictó el auto decretando la separación de cuerpos el xxx hasta la presente fecha..."

Para vencido he usado elapsed en este caso.

Para "lapsos procesales", he intentado con "procedural terms", pero al buscar en internet no encuentro referencias a tiempos; he probado con "procedural lapses", pero las referencias parecen provenir de la India; he bsucado "procedural times" y encuentro principalmente referencias a procedimientos médicos.

¿Cómo se diría en "legalese"?
