Spanish term or phrase: completo equipo de regaza
France-Spain Interconnection Project

Is anyone able to assist with the word "regaza"? Here is the context:

I thought that "regaza" might be a typo but my client has confirmed that it isn't and has provided me with the following explanation, but I'm still rather unclear as to what this is.

Thanks very much in advance for your suggestions.

Explanation:
Without a diagram to compare in English and Spanish it's hard to tell, but there's this:

Which in English comes to this:

"The tunnel face is continuously monitored by pressure sensors that check the turning power of the cutting wheel and the screw conveyor, keeping track of the material that has been excavated. The TBM makes use of the concrete rings using hydraulic rams which are at the back of the cutter. Once the machine has moved sufficient distance the next concrete ring is installed. Crossrail’s concrete tunnel lining is designed to last 120 years."

If nothing, it's close - it's the system that installs the concrete rings that support the tunnel.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Steven. It seems a possibility. Do you not agree with the comments above about it being a typo of "rezaga"?

Asker: Hi Steve, in the end I had to go on the assumption that this was a typo of "rezaga", ie "back-up facility". However, I said to the client that if it definitely wasn't a typo then the only other I could suggest was "hydraulic ram". Unfortunately I may not be able to find out if it was a typo or not. Thanks for your help anyway.
