I cannot understand what exactly is being exonerated here.

Cunoastem situatia juridical si de fapt a terenului ce am cumparat,........ si intelegem sa dobandim terenul in aceste conditii, fara ca vanzatorul sa fie exonerate de raspunderea pentru evictiuni prevazuta de art.1337 si urm,cod civil.
