Three suggestions. The first, because a post office window may also be open for other services, e.g.:
Hours of service: mail - 08.00 - 16.00
fax/photocopying - . . . . etc.
The second is another suggestion for if it is a post office:
Mail accepted between (the hours of):
('the hours of' is not essential, but you could add it if you like).
I've given the third suggestion because you say it 'could' be a post office, so I assume that you're not sure. If it turns out that its a courier service, then you can't really use the word 'mail' - it might be worth checking wth the client.
