| Lehçe terim veya ifade: central stud | FIRST STAGE CONCENTRIC VALVE
Place upper valve body (11) on open vice jaws or a tubular support (an upturned aerosol can top or similar object will be suitable for this purpose), with locating pegs (7) and (8) uppermost. Place suction plate (5) on the valve body, engaging it with peg (7). Place collar (6) in the centre of plate (5).
Fit springs (4) as illustrated, they must be fitted with the angled arms pointing downwards, thus holding the spring centres clear of collar (6), align the holes in the spring with peg (7).
Assemble springs (3), as illustrated and place in valve body (11), ensuring pegs (8) each engage with a different spring slot, to prevent any rotational movement of the springs. Fit delivery plate (2), engaging it with pegs (8) in the same manner as springs (3).
Assemble valve body halves by carefully passing **central stud** of lower body (1) through the centre of upper body (11), taking care not to disturb the alignment of the plates and springs with pegs (7) and (8). Align holes in valve body (1) with the pegs, and carefully push the valve body halves together, against the spring plate force. |
