Jak np. ma byc do CV, w spisie cech osobistych, to tak bym dal. ale tylko jezeli jakos musi byc rzeczownik. prawde mowiac zadna z tych form rzeczownikowych nie jest zbyt zgrabna, wiec moze najlepiej dac przymiotnik: amicable, congenial, albo j.w.?
