German to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / Anlage zum Schreiben, Verfügbarkeit
German term or phrase: AG & AN
Normally these abbreviations stand for "Arbeitgeber" and "Arbeitnehmer". I need to translate 2 pages of a document "Anlage zum Schreiben", subtitle "Verfügbarkeit".

In my opinion, translating those terms as "employer" and "employee" doesn’t sound right. An alternative might be equipment provider and equipment user.

Should "Eine Einschränkung der Verfügbarkeit der Anlage wird der AG einer im Hause des AN noch zu benennendden Stelle unverzöglich mitteilen."
be translated as
"One of the in-house employees must inform the employer immediately regarding the system’s limited availability.?
