Alternative to Babylon Translation Software?

I've been put in a situation where quick translations of Spanish docs are a must. I bought Babylon about a year ago and have used it with some success. It has served it's purpose. I've recently renewed the license and since doing so have been unable to use the software. No response from Babylon. Are there similar alternatives out there? I haven't had any luck finding them. Any assistance anyone can lend would be appreciated.
