Hi
does anybody know how to change a word from all lower case to all upper case with a shortcut (as in Windows: CAPS+F3) in Heartsome 8 Pro?

There's no such a feature in R8 currently. I've reported your requirement to our dev team, and we'll add it in future version. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
