 Good morning, Anne, Isabel, and All my Conference new Friends!
What a wonderful time we had on those two days. It feels so good to see that our concerns are everybody concerns. Learning, networking and fun, all together.. .what a delightful combination. This was the first, I hope, of a series of Conferences in Brazil. Impeccable organization, interesting addressed subjects, clever location and suitable venue, delicious coffee breaks, and, finally, a clear demonstration of respect for all participants, speakers and venue staff by following the schedule on time.

 I agree with Patricia: it was great event, I learned a lot about a field that is pretty new to me. Also, I met a lot of interesting people. I think the whole event was very carefully organized. Congrats to Isabel and Rosana and all those who took part in it :)

Congratulations to Isabel and Rosana for having organised such an interesting ProZ conference. The speakers were very good and the workshops were interesting, and then of course there was the chance to network, to see long-standing colleagues and meet new ones. There were also the wonderful coffee breaks with the delicious chocolate cake. Unfortunately I could not make it to the Networking Dinner or the PowWow but I am sure these were great occasions as well. I am already counting the days to the next Conference!
So to Isabel and Rosana, and of course the excellent speakers, all I can say is:

Isabel (Mother Superior) and Rosana (Big sister?) , You both did a great job! Considering this was a "first" for Brazil and for you too, it went off without a hitch. Only suggestion?...find a translation for "coffee break"!

Just perfect! Thank you for everything. I'm just starting my career as a translator, and it was great to meet lots of professionals and see how things really work. As for the speakers, there's no need to say they were really inspiring. I can't wait for the next one!

I'm surely very proud of having my pretty face ;-) included in that last-minute portrait, which has gone down to history - definitely. It's just a shame that this is not like one of those talking portraits hanging from the hall walls of Hogwarts to give its viewers just a tiny idea of the whole yackety-yack atmosphere that took it over in the end.
I want to give us all a big hand to believe that this event would catch on.
And, above all, thanks for all the lecturers who will be always remembered as my mentors and who are now trapped within the realms of my heart.
